I am trying to update the firmware on my PFC200 750-8212.

I am using Firmware 28 version 4.6.1.

I selected the .wup file in WAGOupload and began the firmware update, but it has been stuck at 75% for hours. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you using the temporary IP address ? (Aka using the reset switch to give the PFC an IP address ?)
If so you have to go to the WBM and fix the IP address manually. During the Update the PFC will reboot at around 75% and if you are using a temporary IP address it will loose this IP and the update will fail because no communication can occur.
