# Connecting to a WAGO I/O System Field I/O block using the WAGO I/O Field app and a newer iPhone

There have been some issues with connecting to WAGO 765 series with the WAGO I/O field app when using newer iPhones.

Change the following setting prior to trying to connect:  
Settings \> Accessibility \> Display & Text Size \> Auto-Brightness (OFF)

I also have found that if you move your phone to the side, panoramic, instead of vertical, portrait, it make the process a little easier.
