ECockpit 1.11.0.X works fine with Win11. Only the problem was if you open several copies of eCockpit and try to save the projcet then error occure. But in the release notes for version 1.11.1.X:

\*ATTENTION: Recently, there have been several reports of errors when saving projects, which only \*
_occur with the latest version of Windows 11 (22H2)._
\*This is fixed by Microsoft with KB5020044. Please ensure that this update is installed on your \*
_Windows 11 machine._
