# E cockpit software screen not displaying correctly

Hi,  
Recently, when I start ecockpit I am getting this screen that does not display the top and sides menus as shown in the image in this link: [Dropbox - Screenshot1.png - Simplify your life](https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9wb9pvx0c5yfgu9wedbov/Screenshot1.png?rlkey=yjvfybsbth2xosftnhox8i6hw&dl=0)

I restrated the desktop several times, the same thing. I tried to uninstall ecockpit, I get this white screen as in the image in this link:

I tried to find the windows service responsible for running ecockpit but I didnt find it;  
Please If you have any ideas ,

I would take a look at your monitor resolution and scale settings. Try playing with the settings and see if it solves the issue.
