# FTDI driver Install

Hello,

I am using a TP600 and I would like to communicate with a device using an internal FTDI driver. My question is how do I install the driver on the PLC ? My goal is to use the Serial\_Communication librairie with the com port created when my device is connected and recognized.

You would likely need to compile the library using WAGO’s cross-compiler.
