# Modbus TCP issues on Power Cycle

Using a 750-8000 (believe I have experienced this with 750-8212 as well) with several Schneider ATV630 VFDs as Modbus slaves using their built in Modbus TCP. When a drive is power cycled, I watch the triangle with exclamation point show up in the tree and connection is never re-established until the PLC itself is power-cycled. Is there a way to reset this connection while running or am I missing something in the handling/setup of these devices?

There is a way, you need to check the box in the auto-connection settings.
