# Wago RTU 8202 040-001 Codesys 2.3 IEC61850 data stream is not updated in client mode

Hello everyone  
IEC 61850 library “WAGOLIB\_IEC61850C\_V3.0.0.lib 21.11.19”  
I wanted to read IEDs with ecockpit or codesys 3.5. However, I got the error in the image.  
When I check with IEDScout, everything looks normal. This problem has been unsolved for a long time.

Hello,  
Is the license enabled for the telecontrol? Also, can you list the device you are using, since telecontrol is not supported on all controllers.
