PFC100 no internet or gateway access, routing issue?

Hello everyone,

Perhaps someone has a tip for the following issue:

The WAGO PFC100 should reach my public MQTT broker.
The PFC is configured as follows:
Fixed IP address: 172.17.1.185
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 172.17.1.253 (a Fritz!Box)
Default DNS: 172.17.1.253

From the PFC, all devices in my network respond to ping except for the router. Accessing the internet or sending MQTT data from the PFC is not possible. The Fritz!Box has no settings that would prevent the PFC from accessing the internet.

Where else could the problem lie?

I think the FritzBox has the 254?

If not, set the PFC to DHCP, ping 8.8.8.8, and if successful, check the IP addresses.

it’s possible that your internet connection is not configured properly.
