Contstant problem logging in and downloading software

Hi Wago, I don’t know where else to put this so here we go…

I constantly have issues with your login system on the website when trying to download software and certain files. It tells me to upgrade to free, which I click on, and then I get the return that I already have those privileges…And the circle starts.

I purchase a lot of Wago materials and components, from my official supplier who occasionally helps me out sending me the files I cannot download, from your website which is ridiculous…I am tired of having this problem and speaking to a Wago HQ rep, I was told that Wago Spain has to sort this out, who understandably said they cant help as its an internal account or permission issue with my Wago account.

The final straw has been buying the Thermal transfer printer and not being able to use it because I cannot download the software…

I am not amused, this needs to be resolved ASAP. I love your products and innovation, but your website is a nightmare. Please contact me so I can use the product that I have just purchased before it exits the window of my office.

Sorry to hear you’re having difficulty with the website, I will reach out directly to get your account issues sorted out. In the meantime, you might check this.
You should setup a premium account and not the basic type to access download center. Both are free registration.
