Hello, I have the same problem. The link to download the library is dead, and no Wago library can be found on the Codesys store.
If you have only installed the Device Description package 2.0.4.3, try uninstalling it and first installing the older 2.0.2.10 package version (also available on in the Download Center). Then reinstall 2.0.4.3.
