I’m trying to run Ngrok tunneling service in my PCF200 device. I’m able to install it and run it as a root user, but not with admin user. Is there any way to run a third party application, like Ngrok, as admin user? I would like to have Ngrok starting in automatically at startup, but that needs to done with admin rights, right?
Hello, please see this thread on a related topic.
Thanks for the tip. I actually already tried that earlier, but it didn’t work for me. Now I decided to give it another go. Turned out that the problem was that when starting Ngrok with startup script it could’t find the configuration file with the authentication key. Solution was to copy Ngrok’s .Config folder to the root directory. So now it works. Cheers!
