Hi
Is it possible to receive information through one of the Ethernet ports as a slave of the Modbus protocol and send information through the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol through the other Ethernet port?

Of course.
You can run any supported protocol on any Ethernet interface.
On PFC / CC100 / Edge controller, you can split the Ethernet interfaces which no longer act as a network switch but 2 separated interface. This way each interface can be on a dedicated subnet.
Additionnaly those controllers have a firewall. You can apply specific firewall rules on each interface.

Go to WBM : Configuration - Networking - Ethernet configuration.
Spit ports X1\X2 to bridge 1 and 2.
Create 2 Ethernet devices in the configuration and assign br0/1 to network interface
