I am having trouble getting strings to work between a Maple HMI and a Wago Basic Controller 750-8000.
I have tried a bunch of different things but I only get 2 characters sent if any at all.
In maple I have defined the string length to be multiple words (up to 14). So far if I use 1 or 2 words it only sends the last 2 characters in the string.
I have tried playing with the encoding. both UTF-8 and Latin-1 on both the PLC and HMI.
Note that the communication protocol that I am using is Codesys V3
Has anyone had success with Strings between a Maple HMI and Wago PFC? And if so, what was your setup?
