I am working on my first CODESYS project and am looking for, and have yet to find, faceplates for the WAGO I/O modules that I can use in the visualization of a project. I want to show the status of discrete inputs and outputs. I started developing my own, but would rather not spend the time if they already exist.
Some other manufacturers have them for their respective HMI development software. I am hoping WAGO has already developed them, or possibly someone has done the deed and is willing to share.
Are you talking about the image of I/O modules ?
In this case you could use the image from WAGO I/O Check software.
You’ll find a lot of module in this folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\WAGO Software\WAGO-IO-CHECK 3\Image\Terminal
Thank you for your reply. I did find these images. I am planning on using similar. But what I am looking for is more dynamic.
For example, the 750-1405, which is a 16-point discrete input module. I would like to have the image on my visualization with 16 indicators that would show the actual status of the inputs.
I have done a test and I can make a visualization showing the module image with 16 custom status indicators. I then put into a library and installed onto a new project. This seemed to work, but is a lot of work and very time consuming.
I was hoping Wago (or someone else) already did the time consuming part.
