I have a customer having issues with a 750-363 connecting to a control logix 1756-enbt.
RSLinx sees the module just fine. If they change the assembly size in the EIP connection, then they are returned an assembly mismatch fault, however with everything seemingly correct, they get a timeout error.
They could update their controller firmware up to 30 then they are maxed out. Unfortunately, updating the PLC is not an option.
Electronic signing is disabled. Connection is Unicast. Everything seems valid from the connection setup side.
The tech note for RS Logix 5000 was created using FW05. We think it is worth trying it. Can that be provided in a timely manner?
