750-657 Question
Hello, this is Matthew Kim from Korea.
A client contacted us stating that while the existing sensors on the 750-657 card are working, the system is not functioning even after attaching new sensors and adding an IODD.
I initially responded assuming it was a simple on-site setup issue, but I have confirmed that it is impossible to connect other IO-LINK sensors to the 750-657 units at our company.
Since I have previously tried connecting it with a 750-1657, I would like to inquire if this phenomenon is occurring due to hardware differences that I am unaware of.
I am aware that the 750-657 is an older, discontinued model, but I am currently investigating whether this is a matter of my expertise or if there is another underlying cause.
