Edge Computer- Create wifi Hotspot with additional HW

Prerequisits:

  • FW3 752-940x / 752-9800
  • Recommended Ordernumber: 8007-100/1000-259
    • Includes Edge Computer, Wifi-Module (Intel® Wireless-AC 9260), 2x WiFi-Antenna +

Create Hotspot with ssid and simple wifi password

    nmcli connection add type wifi ifname '*' con-name Hotspot autoconnect yes ssid WAGOEDGE
    nmcli connection modify Hotspot 802-11-wireless.mode ap 802-11-wireless.band bg 802-11-wireless-security.key-mgmt wpa-psk 802-11-wireless-security.psk wagowagowago
    

Setup DHCP server

    apt-get install isc-dhcp-server
    nano /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf
        subnet 192.168.3.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 
            {

               option routers 192.168.3.1;
