File Upload times for "Appload"

Hi guys,

we would like to use the Appload file to manage the first installation of the software on the production line since it seems more easy for the operator to do it, but the problem are the times to do the upload
We are connected from the PC directly with the PLC via Lan (PFC100 ECO), usually setting the ip via the reset button (so it’s at 192.168.1.17) and if it not fail it take tens of minutes, we would like to know what we can do to speed up the update
The problem seems on the firmware upload
The appload file weight is 98 MB and is created with Codesys 3.5.21.10

First when using WAGO Upload for a new install, please use the WAGO Upload DHCP server function, this enable you to put a fix IP Address in the PFC, using the reset button will fail after any reboot (because the IP will be back to unknown).
