Access issue with the WBM interface on a WAGO 750-832 controller

Hello,

When I tried to log in to the WBM interface of the 750-832 controller, I received the following message: 404 Not Found – URL ‘/wbm/index.ssi’ not found on the server. I am able to ping the IP address and identify it with Wago Ethernet Settings. This occurred after performing a “format file system” using Wago Ethernet Settings.

Could you please help me by specifying the correct procedure to perform a full factory reset on the WAGO 750-832?
Should the firmware be reloaded in this case?

Hello,
I guess you are using an old version of WAGO Ethernet Settings ?
After a Format command, always use the “Extract” which will restore the file system to his original state. Otherwise the filesystem is just formatted.
Afterwards you can also use the Default command to reset the controller to factory settings.
