Something broke in the code when i decided to update it, reverting back to the old one doesn't help

I wrote a variable here - highlighted in blue. All 16 pumps went to TIMEOUE

Rebooted the controller to the old version ! Then performed the reset to factory settings! Loaded it again - no change
Maybe I need a certain firmware?

I downloaded several old versions to the plc going back months, doesn’t help

Hello Chanpu,

You could check the modbus configuration, eventually regenerate the blocks (prg of the configurator).
See if everything is called.
Check whether the tasks are running. ‘tsk’ in the PLC browser can tell you if a task is blocked (execution time).
If the task is blocked, try to comment parts of the code, to find the issue. I came across issues with a slave connection issue that could block a task in codesys 2.3.
If you want the last FW, codesys version, … you could contact Wago support.

There is not a lot that we can say with the provided information.
