Quick tip for checking the memory usage of a controller in CODESYS v3.5
Found under View -->View Memory Usage. This will also show the size of the memory area for variables and arrays defined in the program.

I would like to add:
Area 0 contains: Data, Input, Output and Nonsafe Data
Area 1 contains: Memory
Area 2 contains: Code
Area 3 contains: Retain Data and Persistent Data
