BACnet through port x2 on PFC200 750-8212/000-100

I have bacnet/ip running on this controller. The enet ports on the controller are set to separated. I can scan and discover the device on the wago bacnet configurator software when I look at port x1. When I look at port x2 I can’t discover the pfc200 on wago bacnet configurator. How do I enable port x2 to use bacnet? I can ping port x2 from the machine that I’m running wago bacnet configurator on.

I believe you have to pick which port you want but can only use one. By default it is X1, but this can be changed to X2 via the WBM → Fieldbus → BACnet → Data Link page.

Thanks Adam. The web based manager version I’m running on is: 3.4.0 (core 4.4.0 / base 7.2.0) and the version of BACnet is 2.0.2. I do not have that dropdown option in my environment. See below:

Are you using FW28 or FW29? If not, I recommend updating the firmware.
