I ve a 750-8212 plc connected to 753-647 Dali multi master module. I did all the configrations and loaded WagoAppDali library on CODESYS V3.5 SP21 Patch 1 platform. Although i dont write any code with empty PRG, i cant compile becouse of the error that is in the image below.
Is there any solution for that problem. I need to connect the DALI module with SCADA.
I cant find a WagoAppDali for that codesys version on Wago.
Did you updated the PFC to FW29 ?
You also need the Device Description in Version 2.0.7.5 to work with SP21P1.
Also check the Compilerversion in case you have several Codesys Versions Installed on you System.
I dont get this error what occurs in your Codesys Instance.
Please Double check the FW and Device Description Compatibility
Updated plc FW already and I checked Device Description and Compilerversion. All of them were already set the versions needed.
I would first try doing a “Clean All” operation from the Build menu to reload all libraries.
Next, check the Placeholders window (within Library Manager) for any entries with a red exclamation mark that need to have their reference resolved by clicking the middle column of that row and picking a new version of that library.
If that doesn’t do it, try installing the “Add-on CODESYS Download Server” from the WAGO Download Center. Then you can check the Library Manager and/or Placeholders windows to look for a “download missing libraries” button. There might be a missing subordinate library version that is being referenced inside the DALI library.
I have same error for SP21 patch 10, patch 30 and patch 50. Bu i dont have no error for SP18 and SP19 all patch. I installed Codesys 3.5.21.50 and the Devices & Library package on a brand-new computer. After adding the DALI library, it gives a c0138 error. For some reason, SP21 doesn’t cause errors with the DLI library on some systems. I think this is due to hardware differences and the DLL files that are installed.
So, My advice to you is not to use SP21. Use SP19 instead.
