Hello! I’m trying to connect to my WAGO 750-8212 PLC, which is running firmware version 4.08.09 (30). I understand this is the latest firmware version. I’ve downloaded CODESYS 3.5 SP21 (6) and CODESYS 3.5 SP19 (7), but every time I try to connect to the PLC, I get an error stating that the PLC version does not match the one expected by CODESYS (6.4.5.0). I’ve downloaded all the bundles and packages I believe are required, but I can’t find any package that supports the 750-8212 with firmware 4.08.09. Do you know what I can do to fix this issue?

I am not an employee of Wago, but if I were you, I would try the following:
- install “WAGO_Devices_and_Libraries_2.0.8.9.package”
I found it in wago download center
I wanted to upload an attachment, but it seems to be limited to image files.
If you have installed multiple Device Description packages, creating a new project will always attempt to use the latest one. If you right-click on the Device and choose Update Device, then you get a dialog box. Select the “display all versions (for experts only)” box and then you will see all installed options for each part number. When you click on one, you can see the required FW version in the description.
