Error loading WebVisu BC100

Repeatedly getting the spinning circle “Error loading WebVisualization” when accessing the WebVisu on a BC100. Closing and re-opening will sometimes fix it.

Looking in the PLC log I see “TscUserGroupsDBGetFirstGroup() called multiple times” as an error that occurs near the same times I’ve noticed these issues. Is this related in any way? Are there other steps to take to determine why the WebVisu fails to load on some occasions?

Have you tried with a simple visu ?
What are the task, their priority and they call time ?
