Install Codesys redundancy license in 750-8210

I’m trying to install the Codesys Redundancy license on the 750-8210 model and I can’t figure out how. I’ve tried using Codesys License Manager, WagoUpload, and Wago Device Manager without success.

In Codesys, I get the following error: “Licensing info not available. The device does not support this service.”

And in WAGOupload and Wago Device Manager, it seems they don’t recognize the license format. Either the “Add” button isn’t enabled (WagoUpload), or when I try to add it, it gives an error and doesn’t add it.

Does anyone know how to add the license, please?

The CODESYS 3.5 Redundancy License for the PFC200 must be purchased through WAGO using part number 2759-0249/0211-1000. A separate license is required for each PFC. The PFC200 uses a different licensing model than what is available on the CODESYS website. After purchase, the license is loaded onto the controller using WAGOUpload.
