WAGO/pfc-firmware: Official WAGO firmware releases for PFC100/PFC200 series

Hi Tyrone,

I’m struggling to get the latest 750-8101 firmware to be able to use Codesys 3.5. Could you please support me on that? thanks in advance

Did you check here ?

The 750-8101 is Generation 1 PFC100 hardware. It doesn’t support the firmware versions greater than FW22 that utilize the Codesys 3.5 runtime. It can only be programmed using the old e!Cockpit software. In order to use Codesys 3.5, you would need to upgrade your hardware to the corresponding Generation 2 PFC100, 750-8111.

Hi Adam,
Thanks, how can I get e!Cockpit software?
Regards

e!Cockpit has been discontinued and licenses are no longer typically available, but it will run in a “demo mode” for 30-days of use after installation. You should contact your local WAGO support office; we shouldn’t link directly to the software here on this forum.

Ouch… this is annoying, somehow my dealer didn’t alert me about that (I’m new in Wago I have to say), really don’t want to develop an application on something discontinued…

Thanks for your help

Dear Antauva,

Thanks, there isn’t any e!cockpit there…

Moderator replied to me to ask local Wago.

@CristianSigoli , if you do already have an e!Cockpit application, our support teams can also assist you with converting your application(s) to Codesys 3.5

if you only now start develop an application, will be better to use the latest FW and CoDeSys V3.5

If he only have a 750-8101, unfortunately the only way would be to use e!Cockpit. but since it is discontinued, he will only have 1 month of work days …

Hi there,

The local Wago team shared with me the e!Cockpit software.

Thanks all for the valuable input.

Cheers

Cristian
