at C:\ProgramData\WAGO Software\e!COCKPIT\logs you can find logs from e!COCKPIT (same files you can find inside the package if you click “Support” and send e-mail to ecockpit@wago.com). You can check e!COCKPIT.log to see what happened.

I had the same issue twice when upgrading ecockpit version 10 to 11; I tried to uninstall 11 and reinstall the 10 but nothing worked, I kept getting this message and ecockpit would not open; From that time I still working with the ecockpit 10 version and never upgrade.
